That being said, here are my fitness and health goals and rewards.....

Fitness/Weight Loss Goals
1: I’d like to lose 5
pounds.
2: I’d like to get
healthy and not be on the border of diabetes.
3: Finish a 5K run
-Chicago
Hot Chocolate Run- Nov 2014
4: I’d like to work
out/run 3 times a week.
5: I’d like to cut
down on the soda that I drink, one a day.
6: I’d like to cut
down on the sugar and fat intake.
7: I’d like to stop
eating the candy at my desk.
8: I’d like to stop
eating lunch out every day.
Rewards for Training
1: I’d like to give
myself a spa day, to get a massage, mani & pedi.
2: I’d like to give
myself a day shopping. Maybe outlets or
Michigan Ave.- This one, after the 30 Day Closet Challenge.
3: A glass of wine at
dinner.
4: A piece of cake
after dinner.
5: A beer at dinner.
